Roofing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Roofing Foreman to join our team in Illinois. The ideal candidate will oversee daily roofing operations, ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. As a foreman, you will manage crews, coordinate with project managers, and handle on-site problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead roofing crews on residential and commercial projects
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Inspect work to maintain quality and adherence to specifications
Communicate project progress with management and clients
Organize materials, tools, and equipment for optimal workflow
Train and mentor team members as needed. Communicate and be accountable to leadership.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and installation techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills
Physical ability to perform roofing tasks and work in various weather conditions
