The details: You'll work Monday – Friday 8-4:45 PM. Our office is the ALICO building.
What you'll accomplish with us
As a Client Experience Representative, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Provide excellent service by taking inbound calls from policyholders/customers regarding their policy.
We also communicate via chat and email.
You'll share your knowledge of our policy coverages with the customer and research any questions they have.
You'll record all information in our administration system, Life Comm.
How we'll support you:
Our trainers will teach you the admin system, and our life insurance policies and provide regular training support as well as coaching.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We're looking for someone who:
Is known for their exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
Stands out for their ability to solve problems
Demonstrates strong ability to be organized and have great time management skills
Has 2 years of experience in a client service role, ideally you would have call center experience.
Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
Have a high school diploma or GED
Bilingualism in Spanish (both written and verbal communication) would be a huge asset
