Technical/Functional Skills:

• Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability

• Extensive experience to work in Utilities domain

• Experiencing in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products including Customer Billing, CRM, IVR, OMS etc

• Experience to work in multiple large business transformation projects

• Lead in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences. Some experience of with working with board level stakeholders.

• Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment

• Results oriented with ability to produce products that deliver organizational benefit

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or the equivalent

• A minimum of four years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or other hands on leadership role ideally for a major consultancy or system integrator.

• Sound knowledge of Cloud, Social, Mobile and other digital platforms with good exposure to big-data would be an added advantage

• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level
