Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance talent management and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing sourcing channels, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee relations by mediating conflicts, managing performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and other relevant regulations.
- Manage benefits administration including health plans, workers' compensation, payroll processing through systems like Workday or ADP.
- Supervise HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Drive training & development programs focused on employee growth, leadership development, and succession planning to support long-term organizational success.
- Lead change management initiatives to improve processes related to HR sourcing, organization design, process improvement, and program management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising HR teams with strong leadership capabilities in human resources management.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting techniques and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Strong negotiation skills for contract management and vendor relations related to HR services.
- Proficiency with data analysis skills for reporting insights.
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee orientation sessions, training delivery, presentations to senior leadership, and conflict management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in budgeting, process improvement initiatives, and program management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications like SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are preferred. Pay: $53, $64,603.04 per year
