About Us:

Dougie's Dog Bar is Orlando's go-to hangout for dog lovers, serving up local craft beers, refreshing wines, and crowd-favorite frozen drinks in a laid-back, social atmosphere.

Role Summary:

Our bartenders are all about creating a welcoming, upbeat vibe while keeping drinks flowing quickly and responsibly. This role focuses on serving draft beer, canned/bottled beer, wines, and a simple menu of frozen drinks — no cocktails or complex mixing required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pour and serve draft and packaged beer, wine, and frozen drinks
• Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service to all guests
• Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and stocking throughout shift
• Monitor kegs, wine inventory, and frozen drink batches
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
• Manage tabs, payments, and POS transactions accurately
• Engage with guests to create a fun, social environment
• Support the team with events, specials, and promotions
• Perform opening/closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
• Assist with inventory control, and weekly, end of period counts

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending or bar service experience required (beer/wine bar experience)
• Knowledge of beer and wine basics (styles, pours, service)
• Energetic, personable, and customer-service focused
• Ability to multitask and stay positive in a busy environment
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol certification required
• Must be 21+

Working Conditions:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
