We are looking for a NLP Data Scientist:
- Contribute to end-to-end model development and deployment, adhering to best practices for software engineering and reproducible research
- Develop and maintain LLM evaluation tooling to track model performance, reliability and consistency across a variety of metrics throughout the development and deployment lifecycle
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Your team
You will be part of the Data Science team in the Data Analytics Foundational Platform Team (DAFP), WMA. Our Data Science team is at the heart of DAFP's function to manage and support data science efforts across different business areas. Our team is global based in US, Poland, and China.
Your expertise
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computational Linguistics or other relevant technical field
- Extensive practical experience with techniques from natural language processing, machine learning, deep learning, and prompt engineering
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python, especially in the following frameworks and libraries: PyTorch, transformers, LangChain, openai, spaCy
- Experience developing information retrieval and search solutions
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Model APIs like Azure OpenAI, Anthropic etc.
- Extensive practical experience with version control and software engineering best practices
- Experience working with cloud ecosystems like Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
