About The Role
The OneStream Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing OneStream solutions tailored to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in OneStream and a strong understanding of financial processes, business requirements, and system integrations. We're looking for those that enjoy the functional and technical challenges of helping clients on their OneStream journey.

What You'll Do Here

• Lead the design and architecture of OneStream solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and best practices.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements, identify challenges, and recommend solutions
• Define solution structure, including system integrations, data flows, and financial reporting.
• Design and implement customized workflows, calculations, and financial models.
• Create technical design documentation, including requirements and RTM.
• Oversee OneStream implementation, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead data migration and integration with ERP and financial systems.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation.
• Provide client training on OneStream functionality and best practices.
• Mentor cross-functional teams, offering architectural guidance to ensure successful application development.

What You'll Bring

• Solid experience working on OneStream Financial Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting.
• Proven success in implementing OneStream solutions for large organizations, managing complex financial data and systems.
• A humble, curious, and collaborative mindset. We love life long learners and egos that get checked at the door. We also love candidates that want to stay up on the latest trends in the EPM space and beyond.
• Experience leading implementations on at least 3 to 4 deployments in an architect role.
• Expertise in OneStream modules: Financial Close, Planning, Reporting, and Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, including consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency translation.
• Proficient in developing dashboards and analytics to support operational and management reporting, focusing on KPIs and non-financial data.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, and other financial systems.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and scripting languages.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and architecture.
• Ability to travel (as needed) for client engagements and project implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

• Experience with other financial software (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and data integration tools.
• Experience in driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, and dynamic financial modeling.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect
• OneStream Certified Associate (OCA)
