- Minimum 5+ years Insurance Sales experience
- Active General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License in Texas
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred but not required
- Farmers Insurance experience is preferred but not required.

A complete assessment is required to be able to arrange an interview with the Agency Development Manager.
ResponsibilitiesWe give you leads
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Offer and bundle and close a high percentage of the given leads
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact into Data
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Use your creativity to engage clients and renew policies while asking for referrals.
- Call ALL of the leads we provide and ask for more.
Compensation:
You will be offered a base salary based on your experience and track record of success, as well as competitive commissions and bonuses.
