Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders utilizing RF scanners.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jack).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
