Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately.
- Locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves using order pickers or RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order specifications.
- Package items appropriately for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to inventory.
- Meet daily picking quotas and quality standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking experience in a logistics or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.
