Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a key role in our warehouse operations, responsible for various tasks that keep our facility running smoothly. You'll be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, playing a vital role in our logistics chain. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding Safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
  • Follow all instructions related to our logistics processes.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is an asset.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles.
