We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a key role in our warehouse operations, responsible for various tasks that keep our facility running smoothly. You'll be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, playing a vital role in our logistics chain. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding Safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Follow all instructions related to our logistics processes.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is an asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles.
