About
We are looking for a diligent Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for handling products, processing orders, and ensuring that inventory is managed effectively. Your duties will include picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. This position requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be a key member of our logistics team, contributing to the efficient flow of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction. A strong commitment to safety and efficiency is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to Safety .
- Properly use all required PPE , including gloves and safety glasses.
- Support our Logistics goals by ensuring efficient and accurate order processing.
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including prolonged standing, walking, and bending.
- Must be able to handle Lifting of up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations.
