In this critical role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of inventory accuracy and control within our state-of-the-art warehouse. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining robust inventory management procedures, conducting thorough audits, analyzing data to identify trends and discrepancies, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure optimal stock levels. This position is central to the efficiency of our logistics operations, directly impacting cost control and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a highly analytical individual with exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record in inventory management. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount; you will be responsible for ensuring that all inventory-related activities comply with safety regulations and that all personnel handling inventory are aware of and utilize the appropriate PPE. This role involves regular interaction with the warehouse floor and may require occasional Lifting. You will play a key role in optimizing our inventory processes and contributing to the overall success of our logistics network. - Developing and implementing inventory control procedures.
- Conducting regular physical inventory counts and cycle audits.
- Investigating and resolving complex inventory discrepancies.
- Analyzing inventory data to forecast demand and identify stock optimization opportunities.
- Managing and reconciling inventory discrepancies across multiple systems.
- Collaborating with purchasing and operations teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
