About
We are seeking a diligent Fulfillment Associate to join our Washington, D.C. logistics team. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will manage inventory, operate warehouse equipment, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our distribution processes. Our commitment to safety is unwavering; therefore, you must strictly follow all safety guidelines and consistently wear the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires individuals who are comfortable with physical tasks, including substantial Lifting and standing for prolonged periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack orders with care, selecting appropriate packaging materials to ensure product protection.
- Process shipments and prepare them for dispatch.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
