We are hiring a Material Handler for our bustling Los Angeles, California facility. This crucial role ensures the smooth movement and organization of materials within our logistics center. You will be responsible for operating material handling equipment, receiving and stocking goods, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and accuracy is expected. You will be a vital link in our supply chain. Responsibilities include:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
- Stock materials in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Pick and stage materials for production or shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
