About
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our Los Angeles, California team. This role is foundational to our warehouse operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving and unloading goods, stocking inventory, picking and preparing orders, and assisting with shipping. Your efficiency and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining smooth logistics flow and accurate inventory management. We emphasize a strong commitment to Safety and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including packing and labeling.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Strictly follow all Safety protocols and wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with audits.
- Perform tasks that may involve regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment that requires standing, walking, and regular Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards.
