We are looking for an energetic and dependable Fulfillment Associate to join our growing logistics center in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be actively involved in all aspects of the order fulfillment process, from receiving inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and accuracy are paramount. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, ensuring the quality of goods handled, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting (up to 45 pounds), standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. A strong commitment to safety is non-negotiable; all team members are expected to adhere to strict safety guidelines and utilize the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Experience in a warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment environment is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specific requirements.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Restock and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize required PPE throughout the shift.
