Job Summary:
Join our bustling Distribution Center as an Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our wide-ranging logistics operations. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will engage in various essential tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, fulfilling and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This role demands physical stamina for consistent Lifting of products and a commitment to accuracy. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. We place a high emphasis on Safety, and all associates are required to adhere to strict protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear required PPE diligently.
  • Contribute to team efforts to meet operational targets.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to following all Safety regulations.
  • Willingness to wear and utilize all required PPE.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
