Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our St. Louis, Missouri operations as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is central to our logistics success, involving the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with speed and accuracy. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed correctly and dispatched in a timely manner. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic warehouse setting are essential. Safety is our top priority; all associates must adhere to rigorous safety standards and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires the ability to perform frequent lifting of items, typically up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using WMS or pick lists.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
  • Label packages for shipment according to carrier requirements.
  • Stage orders for outbound logistics.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Perform regular lifting and moving of inventory items up to 40 lbs.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away.
  • Contribute to team goals and the overall success of the fulfillment operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus.
  • Willingness to strictly follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
