Seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory.
- Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including staging and loading onto carriers.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (certification opportunities available).
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse, adhering to Safety standards.
- Properly use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and contribute to a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet performance targets.
This role involves consistent physical exertion, including bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Experience in a warehouse or Logistics setting is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
