Join our thriving logistics center in Chicago, Illinois, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to play a vital role in our order fulfillment process. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and efficiently packing them for shipment. This position requires speed, accuracy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will utilize scanning equipment and follow pick lists to gather products for customer orders. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Your responsibilities will include locating and retrieving items, verifying product accuracy, carefully packaging orders to prevent damage during transit, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A good understanding of warehouse logistics and the importance of order accuracy is key. We prioritize the safety of our team members; therefore, strict adherence to all safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. This role involves significant standing, walking, and occasional lifting of items, so physical stamina is necessary. We are committed to fostering a positive and safe work environment.
