Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order sheets or electronic pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Understand and follow all warehouse safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Wear all required PPE, including safety shoes and gloves when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on logistics efficiency and safety.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Proficient in basic math skills for order verification.
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
- Understanding of logistics flow within a warehouse.
