Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order information and scanning devices.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Package products securely and appropriately for various shipping methods.
- Apply shipping labels and ensure all order documentation is correct.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Contribute to meeting team performance goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable using scanning technology.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Must be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
- Dependable and team-oriented.
