Become an essential part of our logistics team as an Order Picker in Las Vegas, Nevada! This role involves accurately and efficiently retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail and speed will directly impact customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Use handheld scanners and other technology to track picked items.
- Ensure picked items are in good condition and match order specifications.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment as needed to access inventory.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Understand and follow the flow of goods in our logistics operations.
- Meet individual and team picking quotas.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, walking, and Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
