We are actively recruiting Warehouse Workers for our bustling San Jose, California distribution center. This position is key to our logistics operations, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities from receiving goods to preparing them for dispatch. Successful candidates will be tasked with unloading shipments, organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the timely movement of products throughout the warehouse. We foster a culture of Safety and expect all employees to strictly follow established protocols and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role offers a chance to be part of a vital team within the logistics industry, with potential for advancement. Responsibilities:
- Accept and unload incoming stock and supplies.
- Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to order.
- Pick and fill orders from stock with accuracy and speed.
- Pack and prepare items for shipping, ensuring they are protected.
- Process outbound shipments, verifying documentation.
- Manage inventory levels through accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and Safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear mandated PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is advantageous.
- Capacity for consistent Lifting (up to 55 lbs) and physical activity.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of Safety regulations and a commitment to adhering to them.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
