Our company is looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations in Provo, Utah. This pivotal role involves overseeing inventory management, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all warehouse activities. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stock rotation, and supervising a team of warehouse staff. Strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse logistics are essential. This position demands excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing warehouse procedures, Managing warehouse staff schedules and performance, Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, Optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization, Monitoring inventory accuracy and conducting cycle counts, Coordinating with shipping and receiving departments, And maintaining a safe working environment. Adherence to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. This role requires regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
