Seeking an energetic and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Sacramento, California. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. This role requires a proactive approach to managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and safety procedures. You will operate various equipment, contribute to efficient logistics, and handle tasks involving physical labor, including substantial Lifting . A strong commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE is expected. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, possess good communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and efficient logistics.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE .
