Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in our San Francisco, California location! This role is critical to the seamless operation of our logistics and distribution center. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including receiving incoming shipments, accurately stocking inventory, efficiently picking and packing customer orders, and preparing items for outgoing shipment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential. We prioritize a safe working environment above all else; therefore, adherence to all safety regulations and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is strictly enforced. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and significant Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming goods.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory integrity using WMS.
- Efficiently pick items for orders based on system prompts or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for transit.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Comply with all company policies, particularly those concerning safety and the proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Capability to perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
