About

We are seeking an experienced IT Change Management Practioner for an initial 6 month contract based in Central London with our Oil & Gas Operator client. Roles and Responsibilities: Engage with business and IT leaders and executives, IT Managers and Programme and Project Managers, to drive the change agenda. Partner with leaders as a skilled practitioner to: - Build change management and integrated transformational change plans and manage delivery against these - Build and manage change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard - Create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles. - Lead and run a change projects or multiple change workstreams, in support of IT Programme and Project Managers. - Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management and business transformation interventions. - Advise, coach, manage, and mentor more junior change managers. - Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of Shell's business, including other related departments, OD/OE, Internal Communications, Learning and Continuous Improvement. - Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change Mandatory skills: Change Strategy and Planning, Change Impact Assessment & Change Action Execution, Change Measurement, Stakeholder & Communications Management, Change Network Management, Learning Needs, Strategy & Planning, Design, Build, & Execution, Organisation Design & Deployment Optional skills: Placeholder for 2025 Functional Excellence expenses, RPLNs etc Business case: •Simplify CCMs/CCLs activities by improving accuracy, efficiency, quality, reduce waste & costs, ongoing improvement of existing processes, standardization. •Deliver better experience to Staff & Contractors •Provide clear timelines of important activities to stakeholders for better planning.
