Oliver Bernard have partnered with a high‑growth, product‑led tech company on the search for a Senior Product Engineer (Frontend) to take ownership of a core product area and help shape the technical and strategic direction of their platform.
This is an opportunity to work in a team that values craftsmanship, autonomy, and first‑principles thinking. Engineers are trusted to make not only technical decisions but also product and roadmap calls – everything from tackling technical debt to designing and launching new features.
Why this role matters Own a key product area, from design to delivery. Make architectural decisions around modern frontend development. Lead initiatives and influence product direction through direct interaction with customers. Raise the bar for engineering quality, usability, and design. Mentor peers while advocating for best practices and forward‑thinking technologies.
We’d love to hear from engineers who: Have experience in product‑led businesses and enjoy building customer‑facing platforms. Bring strong UI/UX sensibilities and care deeply about user experience. Understand modern web technologies at a deep level. The tech stack is React, TypeScript and Next.js. Have experience working in reputable start‑ups / scale‑ups. Communicate clearly in writing and are comfortable with documentation‑driven collaboration. Thrive in collaborative, curious teams where product and engineering decisions are made collectively.
