In the UK, our team continues to grow across key London locations, including Harrods, Selfridges, and our flagship store on New Bond Street. In this dynamic and challenging growth context, we are looking for a Sales Advisor (M/F/X) for a permanent contract, who will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the Maison.
Responsibilities As a true representative of Chaumet to our clients, you will be the ambassador of the Maison through all the missions you will have to do:
1/ Being Ambassador of the Maison to all our clients:
Share the passion of a Maison with more than 240 years of history, imbued with a culture of values of excellence and know-how
Bring the Chaumet experience to life by welcoming clients in line with the principles of the Maison’s ceremony
Discover the client and adapt the sales offer according to their profile
2/ Contribute to the commercial development of the boutique:
Achieve individual and collective commercial objectives contributing to the boutique’s commercial success
Actively participate in the development of the client database by creating, consulting and updating client files
Work on building customer loyalty with targeted actions in line with the various events and activations organized by the company
3/ Contribute to the smooth running and daily life of the boutique:
Participate in regular briefs and actively exchange with colleagues regarding key news for the life of the boutique
Apply security guidelines, payment procedures and stock management rules
Acquire the basics of stock, Visual Merchandising, CRM, training and after-sales service in the Chaumet way to be able to support the boutique in all these areas
Receive after-sales service clients and manage basic requests
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a sales role in the luxury goods and jewellery sector
Commercial spirit, a taste for challenge and a passion for Retail
A strong interest in jewellery and Chaumet
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen, empathy and team spirit
Integrity and ability to comply with procedures
Cultural awareness, storytelling skills, excellent written and oral expression
Fluency in English, a rare language is a plus
