In this leadership role, you will oversee complex land development projects throughout The Triangle (RTP), guiding them from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include balancing design quality, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance.   •   What You'll Do
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
  • Oversee financial performance, including contracts, invoicing, and change management.
