Position Overview
We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Representatives / Client Relations Managers to join our sales team.
You'll be working in the area closest to where you live, visiting stores, taking orders on a tablet, collecting payments, and building long-term client relationships.
To help you start strong, we offer a $2,000/month guaranteed minimum for your first 2 months — giving you time to build your client base. You can earn more through commissions right away, and top reps regularly make $10,000+ per month once their route is established.
Responsibilities
- Visit 20–40 stores daily to introduce Novo Foods and present promotions
- Take and process orders using a company-provided app on your tablet
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Build and maintain a recurring book of business
- Identify and onboard new accounts in your local area
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Report daily activity and results to management
Compensation
- Guaranteed pay: $2,000/month minimum for the first 2 months (you can earn more)
- Commissions: Earn a percentage on every sale — top reps make $10,000+/month
- Bonuses and incentives for meeting or exceeding sales goals

Requirements
- Car preferred – for visiting stores and expanding your route
- Tablet preferred – used for taking and managing orders
- Prior experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service is a plus
- English required; other languages (Russian, Spanish, Arabic, etc.) a plus
