We are currently seeking Team Members who can maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to create lively fun guest interactions in our restaurant.

As a front-line worker, not only do we want you to show your own individuality, but you'll get to help guests showcase theirs as they create their own pizzas made from artisanal quality ingredients at a super-fast speed. Our pizzas are then Fast Fired in our blazing hot oven and ready to eat in just 3 minutes.

Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and promoting upselling opportunities to enhance sales.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining spaces, and food preparation zones in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with food handling tasks such as bussing tables, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations during busy hours.
• Manage time effectively to ensure quick service delivery in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant setting.
• Follow food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to uphold health standards.
• Support team members by performing basic math calculations for orders and retail math when needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues across various roles including serving, cashiering, and kitchen support.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
• Experience working in quick-service or fast-food restaurants is a plus; retail or grocery store experience can be beneficial too.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality standards.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
