Superintendent

We're hiring a Superintendent to run the daily field operations on our commercial construction projects. You'll lead subcontractors, maintain schedule and quality, enforce safety, and keep the job moving—start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field activities, subcontractors, and jobsite coordination
• Maintain project schedule and hold subs accountable to timelines and Narvick quality
• Assist with pre-construction planning, site logistics, and subcontractor scope review / selection
• Track RFIs, submittals, inspections, and project documentation as needed
• Communicate proactively with project management about progress, risks, and solutions
• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
• Lead punch list and project closeout activities with subs and owners
• Communicate effectively with project manger and clients

Experience

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
• Ability to read/interpret drawings, specs, and scopes of work
• Strong field leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple subs and maintaining schedule discipline
• Working knowledge of construction management software
• Solid understanding of safety practices and jobsite compliance
