Salesforce Developer
to join our experienced technical team. This role designs, develops, and configures Salesforce functionality to support grants management processes and deliver robust, maintainable solutions for both federal and commercial projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years
professional experience in Salesforce development and configuration.Proficiency in developing and configuring Salesforce functionalities, including automation, page layouts, and data flows.
Collaborative approach to work with business analysts and testers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and configure Salesforce features, including automation workflows, custom page layouts, and integration of complex data flows.
Partner with business analysts and QA testers to deliver high-quality, maintainable application components supporting grants lifecycle workflows.
Ensure compliance with best practices, data security, and operational standards tailored to federal and commercial environments.
Document technical solutions and participate in system maintenance and enhancements.
