Title: Lead Azure Data Engineer

Location: Pheonix, AZ – Onsite

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Azure Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure data services and a strong understanding of data architecture and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics
• Design and implement data lake and data warehouse solutions
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance across platforms
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and performance issues

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse, and Databricks
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data modeling
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices in Azure
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
