$150K base + 1% equity

An early-stage startup is building next-generation developer tools at the intersection of
software, firmware, and AI
. The mission: remove bottlenecks in hardware programming by creating modern, intelligent tooling that accelerates development for industries like robotics, IoT, automotive, and aerospace.

This is a
ground-floor opportunity
to join a small, highly technical team and take ownership of the machine learning function from day one.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement ML systems that power an AI-driven developer platform.
• Experiment, iterate, and optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Work independently in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For

• Eligibility to work in the US
• Strong math foundation (degree preferred)
• 2+ years in ML engineering (data science acceptable, ML-first preferred)
• Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a high-ownership role
