Location: Baltimore, MD

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility in Baltimore, Maryland. The ideal candidate is a strong operator with a passion for delivering exceptional resident care, supporting staff development, and driving positive outcomes across all departments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (CMS, OHCQ, OSHA, Life Safety).
  • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and resident-centered care.
  • Oversee clinical, financial, operational, and HR functions.
  • Evaluate facility performance and implement plans to improve census, quality indicators, and survey outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor department heads; support staff engagement and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Manage budget, revenue cycle, and financial performance to meet or exceed organizational goals.
  • Direct QAPI program and participate in all committees as required.
Qualifications
  • Active Maryland LNHA license required.
  • Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful facility management, survey results, and financial performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to resident care.
