Georgeson Advisory is looking to grow our business development team with the addition of a Senior Business Development Associate. 

This role will serve as an important member of a business development team going through significant growth and change. Georgeson is the world's foremost provider of strategic shareholder consulting services and is a part of the Investor Engagement group at Computershare. Under the investor engagement reorganization, the business development team is tasked with identifying new clients that need the services we offer.

 This role initially focuses on enabling Georgeson Advisory to service publicly traded companies with needs that relate to corporate actions (including AGMs, EGMs, M&A and activist situations). As the business expands our investor relations and shareholder intelligence offerings in the US, the senior business development associate will be presented with more opportunities to grow with the organization.
