Telemetry Technician

Monitors electrocardiography according to established standards and practices.  Attends nursing station and performs clerical and reception duties.  Requisitions supplies, equipment, and services as directed.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Completion of basic dysrhythmias course.
• Coursework/Training: MOAB I/II within 30 to 150 days of hire for employees in Emergency Dept. and PARC.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Completion of course for ward secretaries and medical terminology
• Coursework/Training: Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training.
