Role Overview:

TexStar Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to join our company based out of Austin, TX. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecommunications Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of telecommunications infrastructure projects, from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to all safety regulations and industry best practices.

• Quality and Safety Assurance:
• Prioritize and promote a strong safety culture on all project sites.
• Ensure compliance with all company, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures as set forth in the project execution plan to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.

• Project Planning and Execution:

• Assist PMO in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of telecommunications construction projects, including site surveys, design review, permitting, scheduling, material procurement, civil works, fiber optic installation, and equipment commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and applicable codes and standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead and supervise construction teams, including field crews, subcontractors, and vendors in execution of the project plan.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project team members.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality, and address any on-site challenges.
• Financial Management:
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
