About the Role:
Client's Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) team is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support tactical procurement activities for the Advertising/Marketing and Professional Services categories. This role plays a key part in managing contracts, leading sourcing activities, supporting supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth Procure-to-Pay operations for high-volume, low-risk requests. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contract administration team to support sourcing initiatives, negotiate commercial terms, and keep procurement operations running efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Sourcing & Supplier Management:
- Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP events
- Conduct pricing and commercial negotiations
- Support supplier management and communication
- Perform simple benchmarking and supplier diversity tasks
Procurement Operations (Tactical Support):
- Manage the
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
for high-volume, low-risk requests - Review and process purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs)
- Resolve issues involving PR/PO processing, invoicing, and supplier onboarding
- Support processing of PO revisions and maintenance
Contract Support:
- Assist in developing and executing NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, and amendments
- Partner with the contract administration group to initiate and track contract submissions
Must-Have Skills:
- 3–5 years
of Procurement experience - Strong contract and pricing negotiation skills
- P2P experience (mandatory)
- Ability to lead RFx events
- Supplier management experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SAP
Ariba - Knowledge of contract lifecycle processes
- Automotive industry
experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
