The Role
You will guide customers from first contact to signed agreement by identifying needs, recommending the right solutions, and closing profitable projects. This is a consultative sales role. You are expected to represent the company professionally, manage your pipeline, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with prospects, evaluate project needs, and present solutions.
- Build estimates, scopes, and contracts with accuracy and confidence.
- Educate customers on materials, timelines, warranties, and financing or insurance processes when applicable.
- Manage leads, follow through consistently, and keep documentation current.
- Coordinate with production and admin to ensure smooth handoffs and clear expectations.
- Hit revenue targets while protecting company margins and customer experience.
What We Are Looking For
Required

- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and access job sites safely.

Preferred
- Experience in sales, construction, roofing, restoration, or home improvement.
- Comfort with in home or on site selling and handling objections.
- Ability to read plans, measurements, and basic construction terminology.

- Some work from home days available.
- Casual work attire appropriate for client meetings and job sites.
Compensation
This position is structured as an independent contractor role. Compensation is commission based with strong earning potential for consistent performers. Specific commission structure will be reviewed during the interview process.
