We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Frontload Driver to join our team in Tifton, GA. The Frontload Driver will be responsible for operating frontload garbage trucks to collect commercial and residential waste efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

• Operate frontload garbage trucks to collect waste from commercial and residential customers.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the vehicle at all times.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers.
• Assist with loading and unloading waste containers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, pickups, and any incidents.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly.

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B or higher with appropriate endorsements.
• Proven experience as a frontload or refuse truck driver preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns in Tifton, GA area.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience
