About the Role
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the voice of Mediclo and the first point of contact for both B2C and B2B customers. You will serve as the frontline ambassador for our clients, ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and impactful. Your ability to build meaningful connections, provide thoughtful guidance, and communicate clearly will help foster lasting relationships and elevate the customer experience
This role combines customer-facing support with hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations. You will develop deep product knowledge, support daily customer inquiries, and resolve issues with care and efficiency. At the same time, you will learn and contribute to the operational side of the business, including Shopify order management, inventory tracking, fulfillment, logistics, and coordination with warehouse teams to ensure every order, standard or custom, is delivered accurately and on time.

What You'll Do
Customer Support & Order Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email and phone
- Resolve order, shipping, and transaction issues quickly and accurately.
- Provide personalized fit and product guidance across Mediclo's catalog.
- Process returns, exchanges, and adjustments through Shopify and related apps.
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented tone in all customer interactions to reflect Mediclo's brand values.
E-Commerce & Inventory Operations
- Manage daily orders and ensure fulfillment accuracy in Shopify.
- Monitor and update inventory data to maintain accurate stock visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate product availability and order status.
- Use Excel or Google Sheets to track, analyze, and report on customer and operational trends.
- Support process improvements that enhance overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
Warehouse & Logistics Coordination
- Partner with our warehouse to resolve fulfillment issues, stock discrepancies, and shipping errors.
- Understand end-to-end shipping, fulfillment, and return processes across domestic and international orders.
- Coordinate restocks, backorders, and logistics updates between warehouse and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction within the fulfillment process.
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of experience in an e-commerce or customer service environment. Shopify experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiar with shipping platforms and fulfillment processes such as ShipStation, Re:do, or similar tools.
- Positive, solutions-first attitude with a willingness to approach challenges with curiosity and identify opportunities to improve workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communicator with a friendly, professional tone.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and adaptable to learning new digital tools.
- Thrives in a cross-functional environment and contributes to a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture by working closely with multiple departments to troubleshoot and move tasks forward.
- Proactive problem-solver with a genuine interest in learning more about e-commerce operations and logistics.
