Notes:

This position is for an ASM In Training Role so you would go through 4-6 weeks of training before stepping into full role.

Salary:

Starting at $19.00 per hour + Tips After Training $19.75-$21 plus tips

Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to join our beautiful team in West Hollywood, CA. As a Leader in our team, you'll be working with general manager or Ownership to manage day to day operations, manage staff, track inventory, create menus and train team as well as run the floor during service.

Other Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience as lead or assistant manager in a hospitality role.

  • Strong knowledge of Tea & coffee preparation and the ability to craft a wide range of beverages.

  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including Tea Settings, Pour Over Stations, espresso machines, grinders, blenders, flat top, knives, etc.

  • A knack for following recipes and creating delicious beverages.

  • Ability to work flexibly across various shifts. Including events at all our partnerships

  • Basic mathematical aptitude for handling transactions.

  • Proficient in maintaining cleanliness and understanding sanitation regulations.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.

  • Must hold a valid CA Food Handlers card

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
