About the role

Deliver friendly table service and help present fresh, beautifully plated meals for residents.

You'll support a calm, respectful dining room where relationships matter and hospitality shines.

What you'll do

• Provide table service for resident dining, ensuring temperature-appropriate meals
• Assist with basic kitchen support, bussing, and sanitation
• Operate dining equipment safely and follow food safety guidelines
• Maintain dining areas and first-impression standards
• Engage residents kindly and communicate needs to the culinary team

Skills & attributes

• Customer service mindset; calm under pressure
• Comfort around basic kitchen equipment and service steps
• Safety awareness and clean work habits
• Team player who takes direction and contributes positively
• Compassionate communication with seniors

Relatable experience

• Dining room service, restaurant, hotel, or healthcare hospitality
• Customer-facing roles serving vulnerable populations
• Tasks requiring checklists, sanitation, and teamwork

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Experience in the kitchen or dining room preferred
• Current negative TB test
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Good time management; able to work independently
