What You'll Be Doing:

• Create Standout Arrival Moments: Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, assist with their luggage needs, and manage check-in and check-out with ease and confidence.
• Deliver Top-Tier Support in Every Interaction: Whether you're bringing firewood or helping move personal items, your attention to detail ensures each stay feels exceptional.
• Keep the Environment Spotless: Care for the Front Desk and common areas so they remain clean, polished, and inviting for everyone who walks through the door.
• Stay Ahead of Guest Needs: Complete pre-arrival inspections, keep an eye on guest accommodations, and help daily operations flow smoothly behind the scenes.
• Be a Knowledgeable Host: Guide guests through the property, highlight features and amenities, coordinate mail and deliveries, and provide service that consistently exceeds expectations.

Location:Highlands Lodge - Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: As soon as you can

Employment Status: Full and Part-Time Seasonal available

Pay Rate: $20-22/hour + limited gratuity potential

Schedule: Operational hours are 7AM to 9PM, typical shifts are 8 hours. Flexibility is essential.

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills and familiarity with the property and its vicinity, as well as an understanding of internal policies and procedures. The ability to assist with luggage and firewood, along with a general knowledge of hospitality, is advantageous. Effective time management is essential for providing prompt responses to guests, and strong communication skills are required. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, complemented by a friendly demeanor. A background in hospitality, expertise in guest services, relevant degrees, and experience in customer service will enhance your application.
