Robertson Marketing Group (RMG) is a nationally recognized leader in branded promotional merchandise, proudly partnering with major corporations for more than 46 years. We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to strengthen our global supplier network, enhance vendor partnerships, and ensure top-tier product quality and compliance across all RMG programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand relationships with domestic and international suppliers (PPAI/ASI and other global partners)
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, terms, rebates, and long-term vendor agreements
• Oversee product compliance programs (CPSIA, Prop 65, FDA) and maintain required testing and certification documentation
• Lead factory audits and support ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives
• Communicate supplier updates, pricing changes, and compliance requirements to internal teams
• Support inventory planning, purchasing, and forecasting to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline processes using ERP/CRM tools and data analysis

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
• Promotional products or consumer goods importing experience required
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor-management skills
• Working knowledge of product safety and compliance standards
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
